Salesforce – Parts Portal – Training

Have you missed the opportunity to take part in the training for Customer Service Salesforce and for the new Parts Portal, or do you want to review some of the content? The sessions have been recorded and are now on the Doosan Bobcat Learning Center (DBLC), available 24/7, in multiple languages.

Salesforce for Customer Service

Your Salesforce Parts Customer Service Team is available in your Dealer Community. As announced, we are sharing the recorded training videos, should you wish to review the content.

Please make sure that you have your personal access and credentials to the Dealer Community.
If you don’t have a licence yet, please request one through the following link.

We highly recommend that you start using the tool and reach out to your Customer Service Team for any support you may need. After having extended the cut-off date twice to support you in the best way and allow you time to apply for your personal access, we inform you that as of May 1st, the Customer Service Team will no longer respond to new requests submitted via email.
