Salesforce Parts Customer Service

As announced in January we are glad to inform you that Salesforce Parts Customer Service is available in your Dealer Community as of February 1st.

A new section is available to reach out to your Customer Service Team

 

 

Please make sure that you have your personal access and credentials to the Dealer Community.

If you don’t have a licence, please request one through the following link.

We are preparing the necessary training information to allow for a good user experience from launch that will be saved in the help page at the earliest.

In the meantime, your Customer Service Team is available to support you through the month of February.

Please kindly take note that starting from March 1st, the Customer Service Team will no longer respond to new requests submitted via email.

We highly recommend that you start using the tool during the month of February and make sure that you have access to the Dealer Community.
