Salesforce Parts Customer Service

As announced last year, Bobcat has been working on the next milestone to enhance the support we provide.

Salesforce Parts Customer Service is now available in your Dealer Community and will be launched on February 1st.

We are in the last testing phase and are preparing the necessary training information to allow for a good user experience from the launch.

A new section is available to reach out to your Customer Service Team.

 

 

Please make sure that you have your personal access and login credentials for the Dealer Community.
