New Dealer Machine IQ Launched

NEW MACHINE IQ PORTAL FOR DEALERS LAUNCHED

A new portal for dealers, called Dealer Machine IQ, was launched on September 19th to replace Fleet Management. The new portal comes with several updates and a new look. But most importantly it is a first step and platform for many more new functions and services planned to be introduced to Machine IQ program.

The new portal is available now through Doosan Passport and replaces Fleet Management.

WHAT IS NEW?

The aim of Machine IQ program and new Dealer Machine IQ portal is to provide dealers an intuitive and efficient tool, allowing them to track machines’ vital information and movements and managing service needs of your customers or your own rental fleet.

Portal has a completely re-designed user interface for a new look & feel and easier access to the most important information.

New features available:

Machine Health pie chart on the main page map. A color-coded system that helps dealers identify their customers’ most urgent service needs. An instantly visible and intuitive indicator showing if immediate action is required.

Red – Immediate Action Required – Active critical fault code, active AA/A Field modification
Amber – Action Recommended Soon – Service Due, Service Due soon
Green – No immediate Action required

Machine health indicator is now “alive”. Click to see the number of machines by category. Click again in table to filter selected status (e.g. Immediate Action Required) to see the most important events requiring your immediate action in the Assets table.

Support page with FAQ for improved dealer support – using a webform, dealers can submit a case 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, directly from Dealer Machine IQ.

WHAT IS NEXT?

Launching the new Dealers Machine IQ portal is a first part of many new features to come. Stay tuned for more news regarding machine IQ program in upcoming newsletters. Until then we can reveal that updates such as premium features (Motion Detection, Machine Utilization Reporting and more), Mobile Application or customer access are under intensive development.

AFTERMARKET KITS

As you were informed in the past, current supply chain constraints don’t allow machine IQ devices to be fitted in serial production due to unreliable delivery of telematics units. The final date of reinstating telematics factory fitting has not been confirmed yet.

We would like to ask dealers for cooperation and support with retrofitting new machines using kits available through the parts portal.
