MyMachine Updates

Since the successful launch of the MyMachine site on the 6th Dec 2021, Bobcat has continued to develop the site. The first of these updates is the addition of the Service Library tab that is being added to the enhanced subscription package, available from the 14th March 2022.

The Service Library tab allows you to search our database of Operation & Maintenance and Service Manuals, Service Letters and Installation Instructions, for all products sold in the EMEA region, in all published languages. All documents can be downloaded with a simple click.

 

Troubleshooting guides

Bobcat is continuously improving the troubleshooting guides we have available. Compared to BATS, we have guides related to machine symptoms, and not just fault codes. To search for a symptom based guide, type in a keyword related to your issue in the troubleshooting search bar to see what guides we have available. As some examples, you could use “fuel restriction”, “no start”, “no Lift” or “HVAC”. We hope these guides make it easier for you to quickly diagnose issues and resolve issues on your customers machines.

MyMachine Subscriptions

By default, all users will have access to the basic version of MyMachine. For access to the enhanced version, you must have a subscription. The cost per licence is 200€ per year (this is the same cost as an ESL key today, but with daily updates rather than just 4 times a year).
