20^th March is the D-Day for Machine IQ – customers’ solution launch

In December we delivered what was promised by Machine IQ team and launched a new version of dealers Machine IQ portal together with the release of Customer Machine IQ web and mobile app for dealers testing.

March will mark an important milestone in program’s development. Here are the most important recent and upcoming updates you should be aware of. Stay tuned for more details and updated in following newsletters.

For dealers:

• 20 March 2023 – Dealer Mobile App and other Machine IQ enhancements will be launched: API connection, Service opportunity functionality improvement and other.
• Q2 2023 (most likely June) – Global Machine IQ will be announced including web and app Basic and Premium subscription packages

For customers:

• 20 March 2023 – Customer Machine IQ web portal and mobile app will be launched.
• Q2 2023 (most likely June) – Global Machine IQ will be announced including web and app Basic and Premium subscription packages

When will Machine IQ factory installations be re-established?
Availability of chips is still affected by supply disruptions. It is believed that the situation will be stabilized in summer 2023. We will inform about future development.
