This year, the Bobcat Parts Aftermarket team is dedicated to supporting dealership marketing efforts and offering a range of exciting incentives. One of the standout initiatives is the Fluids and Lubricants challenge, where successful dealers will win an exclusive trip to Turin in early 2026.

How do we evaluate the results?
- We’ve carefully developed a results evaluation method that is fair to all dealers, ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed, regardless of market size, machine population, or market conditions.
- Our method ranks dealers based on four criteria: overall volume, year-over-year volume progression, capture rate percentage, and year-over-year capture rate progression.
- Each criterion is scored individually, and the final score is the average of these individual scores.
We believe this approach provides equal opportunity for all Bobcat dealerships, whether big or small, established or new.
We will also provide a rolling leaderboard with monthly updates, so dealerships can regularly track their results and stay informed about their chances to participate in this event.
Campaign Duration
The campaign runs from January 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. All invoices from the beginning of the year will be counted, and the invoiced amount during this period will be considered.
Number of trip participants
- A total of 15 dealerships will be rewarded in this campaign and will win a spot on the incentive trip. Only one person from each successful dealership will be able to join the event.
- For organizational reasons, this campaign is limited to European countries only.
Trip agenda
- The trip will take place at the beginning of 2026, with a target date of late January or early February. The final date is still to be confirmed, and we will inform dealerships as preparations progress.
- The trip destination is Petronas Lubricants Headquarters in Turin, Italy. We are planning for a 2-night stay in Turin. The trip agenda and other details are still being finalized and may change for organizational reasons. Further details will be provided in future communications.

- Bobcat reserves the right to update campaign and trip details in case of unforeseen circumstances.
