Aftermarket Machine IQ Kits – Update
As we explained in a dedicated newsletter here, the global shortage of computer chips resulted in the suspension of factory installation of Machine IQ units.
To offer the most economic and easiest solution, new aftermarket kits were created containing only essential parts.
We would like to remind you that these new “Telematics ready” kits are compatible with Bobcat equipment manufactured after September 2021 with harnesses fitted in production and are not replacements of the previously available aftermarket retrofit Machine IQ kits.

Kit Installation
Aftermarket kits have the same functionality as factory fitted solutions and are straightforward to retrofit in your workshop.
- Easy installation in approximately 30 minutes.
- Plug-and-play connection. No need for activation or initial setup. The device will start communicating automatically after it is connected to power and has access to GPS and mobile network.
- Installation instructions are included in the kits.
