Bobcat is always proud to share best practices and dealers’ stories and spread it across its EMEA Dealer Network. This month we want to put on the spotlight our French dealer Tipmat, covering the Paris IDF, Brittany and Pays de Loire regions.

Tipmat has expanded and reinforced its Aftermarket Organization, by hiring new Parts Director, Mr. Dreno Fabrice, that will work closely with the long-term Aftersales Director, Jeremy Allard. On April 14/15, Tipmat has organized an off-site meeting, to enhance the team spirit as well as conceive and align on their Aftermarket Strategy. The entire PSSR’s (Parts Sales and Service Representative) team, consisting of 44 people and working remotely over the dealer area of responsibility, contributed to a positive outcome of the meeting.

Bobcat personnel has been invited, demonstrating once more the true partnership spirit and Christophe Lebourdais (Parts Manager) supported the good meeting, presenting Bobcat updates.

The participants were also able to try team building activities in order to continue to develop cohesion and solidarity within the group.

On this occasion, Bobcat was also happy to present an award for 2021 outstanding aftermarket performance and 2021 Marketing Plan results to Tipmat representatives.
