You are now able to search and order spare parts for Light Compaction Machines from Bobcat Parts Portal, same as any other Bobcat parts.

As previously communicated, Bobcat has now fully overtaken the spare parts business of Light Compaction machines. Therefore, you will now be able to take full advantage of Bobcat Aftermarket standards for these machines:

• All Machines, Parts and Part Manuals incorporated in OPC (Online Parts Catalogue)
• Together on one invoice with all Bobcat parts
• Extended payment terms as per Bobcat policy (i.e. 60 days on stock orders where applicable)
• 12 months parts warranty through IRW
• Same shipments process, return policy, SDR with one single point of contact (Parts Customer Service Representative and Salesforce enhancement)
• Direct support from Bobcat Parts Manager and Bobcat Service Manager
• Contribution towards annual DPP incentive turnover
• Parts will be included in future Bobcat campaigns

Please note that the old parts ordering portal, operated by Ammann, is now closed for orders.

Warranty

For any parts used in warranty please refer to the warranty policy section 9.2 where details are provided for claiming warranty with Light Compaction parts. We now revert entirely to the statement: ‘Once Bobcat has the parts available for purchase from our warehouse, the parts pricing will revert to a normal warranty claim process.’ This means that any parts purchased must be from Bobcat and a corresponding price fetch will be applied.
