Thank you for your continued engagement in training. Despite the economic downturn, the Bobcat Institute closed 2024 with strong results. Below are some key highlights and KPIs from our service and parts training

Training

• 123 service classes were delivered to 860 participants.
  • While we delivered a record number of service trainings, we did experience a slowdown in class attendance compared to 2023.

We offer over 360 online courses, available 24/7. The network completed more than 14,000 online courses, marking the second-highest score and a 17% increase in completions compared to 2023. Notably, over 50% of the content is AMPS-related!

In 2025, the Bobcat Institute training team is committed to delivering high-quality, value-driven training with more hands-on exercises and assessments. Our goal is to help technicians feel more comfortable, knowledgeable, and confident in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting Bobcat equipment—always with Genuine parts!

Over 80 service classes are already scheduled for 2025! Sign up now for upcoming classes and enjoy an early bird discount for Dobris-based sessions when you book before January 31st. Please note, that due to limited capacity, fewer classes will be available this year, so be sure to reserve your spot early!

We’re excited to gradually roll out Learning Paths, complete with assessments, organized by level and product for a smoother training experience. More details will follow. Pilot dealers are welcome to join!
