Bobcat Grease Range Updates
We would like to draw your attention to the upcoming changes in the supply and delivery of our new range of Bobcat Genuine greases, announced in August 2023 (here).
Current supply chain:
- Bobcat greases are exported from the vendor directly to the delivery address of your choice for EU countries.
- For the Middle East, Africa, and non-EU countries, goods are picked from the PDC (Parts Distribution Center) located in Halle, Germany.
Future supply chain:
- The new Bobcat grease range will be shipped from the PDC (Parts Distribution Center) located in Halle, Germany, to the delivery address of your choice for the entire Europe, Africa, and Middle East region.
How does this impact me?
- For EU countries, the change in the supply chain will affect the VAT treatment. The invoice will now show the Bobcat German VAT registration number, reflecting the new supply location.
- For the Middle East, Africa, and non-EU countries, no changes are expected. The local compliance and tax requirements related to the import of greases remain valid and unchanged and are solely your responsibility as buyers.

There is no change regarding the delivery of lubricants.
About the transition
We would like to inform you that the remaining units of the old range are available while stocks last, and the part numbers for the new range will subsequently be activated. Stock is available and ready to be shipped.
