Anastasia Durand – Road to Master Parts and Service Sales Representative

As one of the first graduates in France to reach the Expert level, Anastasia embodies the proactive spirit we deeply value at Bobcat. We’ve also asked Anastasia a few questions about her training experience, allowing her to describe it in her own words.

What motivated you to participate in this training and how did you find out about it?
Initially, I pursued this training for personal enrichment. Discovering the Bobcat brand inspired me to further develop my knowledge, particularly in equipment of this type, which was previously limited. I owe my discovery of this training to my Bobcat Parts manager, Christophe Lebourdais.

As one of the first graduates in France to reach the Expert level, what advice would you give to those who aspire to reach this milestone?
Despite not having a formal education, I gained experience through my natural curiosity, practical mindset, and common sense. I love what I do and take pride in passing these trainings and obtaining certification, which was the cherry on top. To achieve these goals, I made sure to allocate time for online training, which was relatively easy. Now, armed with knowledge, I feel more confident in front of clients and believe I can advise them more effectively.

Looking to the future, how do you see your role evolving?
In the future, I see my role progressing in two main ways. First, I’ll keep listening to customers to offer expert advice and boost parts sales. Second, I’ll use my experience to share knowledge and potentially take on leadership roles within my company.

What goals do you hope to achieve – perhaps at the level of the PSSR master’s degree?
My goal is to reach the highest level, ideally with support from the Bobcat brand. Completing a PSSR master training would be a significant achievement. In any case, I am committed to continually learning and improving.
