BOBCAT INSTITUTE: “New Aftermarket E-training records”

Did you know that you can now rely on over 200 online courses, available 24/7, in different languages addressing Bobcat equipment, service, systems or business skills in Doosan Bobcat Learning Center (DBLC)? With over 50 service modules added or updated in 2021 alone, now more than half of our courses address key service topics, aftermarket systems and genuine parts. Browse them here.

Did you know that over 13.500 online courses were completed in 2021 in EMEA? This represents a 70% increase compared to our 2020 results. And did you know that roughly 50% of the completions were in service and aftermarket related e-learnings? In 2021, 12 of our the top 15 most completed courses were related to service and aftermarket – such as Genuine Parts modules (6).

Did you know that over 70 service virtual classrooms sessions were delivered in 2021 to about 1000 participants? Note that you can also replay the numerous Product webinars addressing essentials about new product launches, competition, or new technologies such as Max Control.

Did you know that narrated content and videos are being created to make the e-trainings more intuitive and entertaining? An example is our new E88 Service introduction module!
