Salesforce Parts Customer Service

Your Salesforce Parts Customer Service Team is available in the Dealer Community as of February 1st.

Please make sure that you have your personal access and credentials to the Dealer Community.

If you don’t have a licence, please request one through the following link.

We highly recommend that you start using the tool in the course of March and make sure that you have access to the Dealer Community.

Training information will be shared with you soon and saved in the help page when available.

In the meantime, your Customer Service Team is available to support you.

A new section is available to reach out to your Customer Service Team.

 

 

We have extended the cut-off date for emails to April 1st to allow you some extra time to set up and get familiar with the tool. As of April 4th, the Customer Service Team will no longer respond to new requests submitted via email.
