🔍 What is a Quality Alert?
A Quality Alert is a key part of Bobcat’s internal 8D problem-solving process, designed to address issues and implement lasting solutions.
It can also be issued independently when an opportunity for improvement is identified.
With each Quality Alert, you’ll receive a concise summary of potential quality concerns, guidance on diagnosing and repairing the issue, and instructions for submitting a warranty claim, if needed.

You can access Quality Alerts directly in the Bobcat Service Cloud (in the same location as our Knowledge Articles).
To make things easier, a summary of the most recent alerts and Knowledge Articles appears on the Home tab of the Service Cloud homepage. Be sure to check it regularly to stay up to date!
