What is Remote Engine Disable/Enable?

This advanced Machine IQ feature allows authorized users to remotely disable or enable their machine’s engine through the Bobcat telematics system in Customer Machine IQ. With just a few clicks, customers can lock their machine, preventing unauthorized operation.

Boost Security, Deter Theft

Remotely disabling the engine is a great way to protect your machine, whether it’s after hours or during transport. If the machine is stolen, this feature can also help keep it immobilized, making it easier to recover.

Part of the Premium Machine IQ Subscription

Remote Engine Disable/Enable is part of the Premium Machine IQ subscription, which covers compact wheel loaders, mini-excavators, and our R- and M-Series machines.
