GGM Breaks Ground

We are pleased to announce the first sale of the new BobCARE in Spain. We spoke with Raquel Montoro from GGM Guillermo García Muñoz, the dealer behind this landmark deal, to get more information.

Bobcat: Hi Raquel, can you briefly introduce us to the customer who bought BobCARE?
Raquel: The customer is CEACERO CHICLANA S.L. from Úbeda, near Jaén in southern Spain. Founded in 1996, they specialize in construction (new buildings and reconstruction) and utility construction. They are known in the region for their professional approach, versatility, and ability to stay at the forefront of this constantly evolving industry. Additionally, they are committed to environmental protection. They have been loyal customers of ours for a long time, and their fleet includes Bobcat loaders, excavators, and attachments such as breakers and sweepers.

Bobcat: What do you think attracted the customer to BobCARE? Specifically, what helped you successfully complete the sale?
Raquel: They already had experience with Protection Plus (extended warranty), so adding BobCARE to manage another part of their operating costs was a logical next step. However, as with any sale, everything needed to be clearly explained. I was in contact with the customer several times before I was able to convince them. I believe the deciding factor was their positive experience with our workshop and the ability to lock in maintenance costs for the next 5 years.

Bobcat: Thanks for the information, can you tell us something about yourself as well?
Raquel: I currently work in our call center, where I am responsible for contacting customers after their machines have been delivered and offering the available after-sales service packages from Bobcat (Protection Plus, BobCARE, IQ Machine, Max Control, etc.). Additionally, I monitor customer satisfaction.
I also oversee scheduling maintenance through Machine IQ, contacting the end customer with our offerings, and liaising with our service department to provide assistance or sell spare parts.
My boss says I am dedicated and empathetic in communicating with customers and able to recognize their needs and problems. This enables me to offer solutions that lead to their satisfaction and loyalty. I admit that I am pleased with such words 😊.
