Bobcat Service Cloud & My Machine Licence Requests

Bobcat is undergoing an internal transition regarding the handling of licence requests for Bobcat Service Cloud and My Machine.

Currently, the licence activations are processed by the troubleshooting team when an email is sent to service.support.compact@doosan.com.

Going forward, with immediate effect, licence activations for Bobcat Service Cloud and My Machine will now be processed by the IT helpdesk. You should submit all licence requests to the following email dtl_helpdesk@doosan.com with the service.support.compact@doosan on cc.

We have updated our webpages and the licence request forms with this information, so please make sure to use the latest form when submitting a query.

With this change, we aim to improve processing times for licence requests, while allowing our helpdesk to focus on troubleshooting.

As a reminder, if you have any technical issues accessing a site or performing a function, please submit an email to the helpdesk dtl_helpdesk@doosan.com to log the issue and resolve it. When you submit your ticket, please provide as many details as possible including the following:

  • Web browser used
  • URL of page you’re having an issue with
  • Login name of the user with the issue
  • Screenshot(s) and/or video showing the issue
