What are Harness Repair Kits?

Harness repair kits contain a comprehensive package of connectors, pigtails, butt splices and heat shrinks where everything is clearly arranged with pictures and corresponding part numbers at the fingertips of the technician. Harness repair kits can be easily transported to the place of intervention. Intuitive instructions are guiding techs to select the correct pigtail to fit a connector and use right tool for quick & save disassembly or assembly. Thanks to parts numbers clearly identified for each part, it is easy to restock all consumed items and keep the kit ready for the next use.

Harness Repair Kits now available specifically for Telehandlers

During the launch of the R-series telehandlers, extensive work was carried out on the preparation of specific harness repair kits that would reflect the needs of these new machines. At the same time, we wanted technicians to take advantage of the benefits of these kits even when repairing older machines that are in use already for months and years. 3 complementary kits have been prepared to fulfil this goal.

7454414 – Basic harness repair kit that includes components useful for repairs on telehandler with “older electric architecture” – meaning all machines prior to the R-series launched in 2021 and at the same time machines with ‘.’ in the model name (e.g. model name changed from TL470 to TL35.70).

7454413 – It contains additional parts to cover needs of new R-series telehandler models launched in 2021. It´s a complementary addition to the basic harness repair kit 7454414. To cover old and new telehandlers, please order both 7454413 and 7454414.

7454415 – A tool kit that contains all tools needed for connectors repairs and is ready to be used with both harness repair kits mentioned above.
