2023 Warranty Policy Update
New Standard Warranty Policy Effective 31st January 2023
In preparation for new product launches and to incorporate the expanding Bobcat product portfolio we are adding the policy statements for Compact Tractors.
Throughout the year we have listened to feedback and found areas which were considered to be unclear or required correction to our latest terms and we have prepared some additional updates. The quick reference guide to these updates is:

5.2 | Service case & efficiency approval summary requirements. |
5.2.2 | Clarification about warranty parts claims for ‘’Diagnostic and special tools’’. Coverage for new parts with a fault at receipt which was not yet fitted on to a unit. |
5.2.4.2 | Field modification status change request ‘’MRCF’’ requirement. |
5.6.2 | Clarifying labour rates for RMT units. |

This policy will be released for download in Bobcat online publications during December 2022, and the relevant warranty policy document 6720983-EN-01-23 will be effective from January 31st 2023.
