Launch of new dealer Machine IQ beta

We delivered what we promised! On 5 December, a new version of Machine IQ – called Dealer Machine IQ Beta – was launched successfully. Dealers have access to all premium features free of charge until 31 March 2023.

More great news: in March 2023 we’re going to launch Machine IQ Web and Mobile App for our Customers.

To provide you with customer experience prior to the launch, we’ve granted you access to both applications free of charge.

To enjoy the full experience with real machine data, please send us 2 Serial Numbers from your rental fleet and we will link them to your account.

Aftermarket Machine IQ kits

We are still experiencing telematics chip shortages, not enabling all machine units to be connected from production.

Aftermarket kits, available in limited quantities through Parts Portal, provide a solution and allow a portion of machines manufactured without telematics units to be connected by dealers.

We are working on a resolution of this situation and expect all new machines to be factory connected no later than in summer 2023.
